It's not the same quality as the genuine product.
There is a slight elasticity, so every time I turn the stick, it feels like a deforming feeling. It feels like the stick is shaking, and when operated, the stability feels worse.
It would be okay to prepare replacement parts at a cheaper price.

They fit and feel great but the only issue I have is that the pad where you put your thumb on, is definitely not as 'grippy' and is also a smaller size (slightly) compared to the original. The magnetism is also lower compared to the original.

Overall an okay replacement if you want to save heaps of money by buying a cheaper Chinese replacement for the original Xbox supplied ones
